Flat means the busier you get, the cheaper it gets: a hundred bookings a month is €0.49 a booking; two hundred is €0.24. Marketplace fees work the other way.

Restaurant booking system — questions owners ask
Can it handle table sizes and seatings?
Yes — that's the core of it. Tell G-Guest a table seats two and it will never be offered to a party of six; a taken slot can't be booked twice. Seatings, party sizes and your own dining-room logic are the rules the system runs on.
What happens when somebody cancels a table?
The table goes back on sale immediately, and if anyone joined the waitlist for that night, G-Guest works the queue — oldest request first, one guest per opening. A cancellation is also not counted as a visit, so your regulars list stays honest.
What does it do about no-shows?
Day-before and hour-before reminders with a one-tap *“I'll be there”* cut no-shows down, and the ones that still happen are marked — they never inflate anyone's visit history.
We already take bookings by phone and Instagram — why change?
Keep both. G-Guest doesn't replace your phone; it removes the need for it: a booking confirms itself at midnight as easily as mid-service, and a walk-in is added in two taps. Every direct booking builds a guest book that's yours to export.
