Flat means the busier you get, the cheaper it gets: a hundred bookings a month is €0.49 a booking; two hundred is €0.24. Marketplace fees work the other way.
And it does not go up when you hire.

Class booking system — questions studios ask
Can I cap the number of spots per class?
Yes — capacity is the core object. A 12-spot class stops selling at twelve, and from the thirteenth person on, bookings go to the waitlist queue instead of an overfull room.
Do instructors get their own schedules?
Yes. Each instructor keeps their own timetable and days off — one person being away closes their classes, not the studio. The schedule your members see is always the real one.
How does the waitlist work when somebody drops out?
The freed spot is offered to the oldest request first, one member per opening — usually overnight, without anyone messaging a group chat. The spot isn't held: it goes to whoever books first, and the message says so.
Can I see who actually attends, not just who signed up?
That's the point of the KNOW layer: bookings and actual attendance are counted separately. No-shows and cancellations never inflate anyone's history, so “regular” means someone who really comes.
