Flat means the busier you get, the cheaper it gets: a hundred bookings a month is €0.49 a booking; two hundred is €0.24. Marketplace fees work the other way.
And it does not go up when you hire.

Appointment booking system — questions owners ask
Does it work for a single barber or a one-person studio?
Yes — one chair or ten, the system is the same. Your clients book your real slots, confirmations and reminders send themselves, and your client history builds from day one. Many G-Guest venues are exactly one specialist.
Can clients book a specific specialist?
Yes. Every specialist has their own schedule, services and days off — John working Tue–Sat closes only John's diary, not the salon. Clients pick the person they always go to, and the system respects that person's hours and turnover buffers. Each specialist also gets their own link to change their own week without going through you: it opens their hours and their own bookings, never your settings or your client list, and every change is reported to you.
What about the time between appointments?
Turnover buffers are part of the schedule — 15 minutes between clients stays 15 minutes, automatically. Nobody gets booked into your clean-up time.
What happens when a client cancels an hour before?
The slot goes straight back on sale, and the waitlist queue is worked oldest-first — so a cancelled colour appointment can be resold while the specialist finishes the previous client. A cancellation never counts as a visit in the client's history.
